SWAGA CAMPS

Gymnastics Camps help to develops strong bones, upper body strength, coordination, flexibility and balance.

 

Participants will learn new skills and work at their skill level in our spacious gymnasium – floor, uneven bars, vault and beam, trampoline, tumble track, parkour and more.  Gymnasts will start each morning with a fun and energetic warm-up in the gym with music working on artistic skills and flexibility. Then on a rotation basis, they will spend more time working on the fundamental skills on the apparatus.
