Recreational Parkour 1
Aims to engage our younger students both physically and mentally through the fun of Parkour! Students will stay highly active in lessons with creative drills and games. Through these movements, students will be learning different ways to develop core motor skills, coordination and finding out the capabilities of their bodies to overcome obstacles with basic Parkour movements in a fun and safe environment.
This class is recommended for ages 5-7. There are no prerequisites for Rec 1 Parkour. Goal of this class is to build better motor skills, getting students to be more active and have fun! All Parkour classes are on-going and have open scheduling which means no start or end dates.
Recreational Parkour 2
Aims to challenge students both physically and mentally through the discipline of Parkour. Students will learn to combine different Parkour training techniques to create their own unique combinations of movements. Students will be working towards intermediate level skills while still engaging in fun challenges set by their coaches. Students will also be learning the terminology and mindset of Parkour training. Conditioning and skills training outside of classes is encouraged to progress at this level.
This class is recommended for ages 6-10 and 11-17 (Older group). There are no prerequisites for Rec 2 Parkour. Goal of this class is to learn the fundamentals of parkour and build a higher level of physical fitness. All Parkour classes are on-going and have open scheduling which means no start or end dates.
